By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Legal Status & Compliance
Yolo Coco LLC operates under Georgian jurisdiction and complies fully with Georgian laws and tourism regulations.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and older. Minors may use our services only with the express consent and under the responsibility of a legal guardian. Our services are available to clients worldwide, subject to applicable legal restrictions.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, guides, and resources shared via our website or directly with clients are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute our materials without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use will be considered theft and pursued legally.
5. Platform Use and Content Accuracy
We strive to maintain accurate, up-to-date information across all our platforms (website, Instagram, TikTok, and others). However, we reserve the right to modify or correct any errors, including prices, availability, or offer descriptions, without prior notice.
Use of the website is at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
6. External Links and Third-Party Term
Our website and communication channels may link to third-party providers (e.g. airlines, hotels, insurance). When you make a booking, you also agree to the terms and conditions of these providers. In case of conflict, the provider's terms prevail.

8. Automated Assistant
Yolo Coco operates an automated messaging assistant (Yolo Coco Agent) accessible via Instagram Direct Messages. This assistant is powered by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) and is designed to respond to travel inquiries, share package offers, answer frequently asked questions, and collect the information needed to prepare a booking.
X.2 What the assistant can and cannot do
The assistant is authorised to:
- Send travel offers and pricing information
- Answer general questions about destinations, baggage, check-in, and cancellation policies
- Collect personal details required to prepare a booking (names, travel dates, destination)
The assistant cannot confirm or finalise a booking. All booking confirmations are issued exclusively by a Yolo Coco team member. No automated message constitutes a confirmed reservation.
X.3 Limitations & accuracy
The assistant's responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or imprecise — particularly regarding prices, availability, or specific airline policies. Yolo Coco cannot be held liable for any decision made solely on the basis of an automated response. For any binding commitment, users are encouraged to request confirmation from a team member.
X.4 Human oversight
Yolo Coco team members may review, take over, or intervene in any conversation at any time. In such cases, the user will be interacting with a human representative rather than the automated assistant. Both channels are covered by these terms.
X.5 User conduct
By interacting with the assistant, users agree not to:
- Attempt to manipulate, abuse, or circumvent the automated system
- Provide false personal information for booking purposes
- Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate travel inquiries
X.6 Data collected via the assistant
The information exchanged through the assistant is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By initiating a conversation, users consent to the collection and processing of their messages for the purposes described therein.
X.7 Availability
The assistant is available 24/7 but may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or platform outages on Meta's side. Yolo Coco cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for any inconvenience caused by a service interruption.
9. Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. This policy covers both our website and our automated Instagram travel assistant, and explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
9.1. What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Website & bookings
- Name, email, phone number
- Passport details
- Travel preferences
- Communication history
Instagram assistant
- Instagram username & user ID
- Message content & timestamps
- Destination & travel dates
- Passenger names you provide
We do not store payment information unless explicitly required for specific services (e.g. subscriptions).
9.2. How we use your data
- Respond to travel inquiries and provide package offers
- Process and confirm bookings with airlines and hotels
- Follow up on inquiries you have initiated
- Improve the quality of our automated responses
- Deliver and measure advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
- Build audience profiles for ad targeting purposes
We may use your data for advertising and profiling on Meta platforms. We do not sell your data to third parties.
9.3. Data storage & retention
Your data is stored securely in Europe. Instagram conversation history is retained for a maximum of 365 days after your last interaction, then automatically deleted.
9.4. Third-party services & data sharing
We only share data when necessary for the services you request, for advertising purposes, or as required by law:
- Airlines & hotels — booking fulfillment
- Insurance providers — if applicable to your booking
- Meta / Instagram — messaging delivery, ad targeting & audience profiling
- Anthropic Claude — AI responses via our Instagram assistant
- Supabase — conversation storage on EU servers
- Legal / fraud prevention — when required by law
9.5. Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and performance only. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
9.6. Children's privacy
Our service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9.7. Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time. To delete your Instagram conversation data, send an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request" — we will process it within 7 business days. You can also use Instagram's built-in controls: Settings → Privacy → Messages.
9.8. Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and any disputes will be resolved in Georgian courts.
